Platform Overview

Anarock is a real estate sales company & the tech team builds tools for that. This is the incentives section, where Sales Agents, Team leads, city leads, etc see their incentives.

Problem Overview

• The Agents, Team leads, City leads can't see their incentives in real-time & in detail with full transparency.
• More manual work for Finance & HR teams.

↘️ Current design & its shortcomings

• We were showing Excel sheet format on Dashboard & a list of data points on which incentive varies on Sales App. Which doesn't give a clear picture.
• The finance team has to manually do the calculations with excel sheets & verify.
• HRs have to communicate to Agents, Team leads regarding the incentive queries.
• Data updated monthly.
• The calculation is not shown to users.
• Need better visualization of data with transparency.
